Some girls get into these things and then act hesitant and undecided or even shy or offended. Not fun. Others really go for it.
It sounds like you haven't date many girls... instead of outright saying what you want, both of you be very flirtatious around and with any girl you meet that you want to be with. It will feel natural for her and most girls are open to threesomes given the right circumstances. Just never up front ask her if she's bi or wants a threesome.
