By definition, a narcotic is a drug that binds to opiate receptors. I have never been into opiates. I am a marijuana user. I happened to be pulled over one unfortunate night after I had been smoking, and suffered the consequences for it. I was not driving recklessly, and my sobriety tests showed I was not significantly impaired.

I'm thinking "Heaven" by Talking Heads. So maybe it's not the end of the world, but it sometimes feels like it.Life can be good when there's nothing to contrive,if not a little more tricky.

I was pulled over by a DRE (Drug Recognition Expert) who signed a deposition saying that I was "impaired" because I smelled like marijuana and my eyes were bloodshot (a lie). In NY, the laws are rather fucked up with regard to what I was charged for, so even though I passed the sobriety tests, the DRE had the ultimate say, and it was his "expert" opinion that I was DWAI. The DRE is a liar working for the state and looking to meet a quota that will help to pay his overtime Go figure. I am a regular pot smoker and have been for much of my life. Pot does not impair me like it might with a novice user.

Aporia: the expression of a simulated or real doubt, as about where to begin or what to do or say.

What a way to meltdown in a thread about nothing. And why am I not surprised who it is?

    Okay, okay, my addition:

    Donkey testicles

    Okay, that's my contribution

you sound like you are 80 years old. 'putting other lives in danger' fucking please.

I said COUNTRY ROADS, which means people don't exist, but trees and forest. They have a better chance of hitting a deer than another car.

If you were riding shotgun with me when that happened you would love it.

For being a government shill, im shocked you would aruge about going over the speed limit putting people in danger. We do these speeds to live for the danger. fucking duh.

If I had a street bike (which I will soon) on these roads in parts id do the same damn thing.

Thank you for being concerned about putting others in danger and you flip us your middle finger.

I would love to you pass you in whatever it is you drive breaking the law with my middle finger out the window. Would not be the first time.

    :)

Driving high doesn't mean you're driving dangerously.

Driving high AND dangerously is totally possible - so don't do it, just like you shouldn't drive tired and dangerously.
