(it's kinda a meditation thing) A Light Exercise The key to results is tenacity of intention. So, on a regular basis, try to set aside some time; sit down, relax, and take a few deep breaths. Slowly deepen your breathing and turn your attention to your bodily sensations, to feelings,thoughts, and images, and let them drift and dissolve. Intend now to experience the trancendent light. Trust that it is possible. Choose to be open and receptive to an extraordinary experience. Remember the experiences of untold numbers before you, and affirm with confidence that within you is a great power- as a great mystic once said- like a "Love Fire". Imagine you feel this Love Fire warming everything near you, every cell of your body, every breath you inhale. Sense the burning power and embrace the luminous energy. Visualize the unvisuable. Talk to your inner self, step into the santuary, and seek the unfailing bright friend within.
