this weather is perfect

for nature walks and a smoke sesh with some new faces just to hear some different stories than what im used too.
maybe drop some lucy and see what the trees have to say.
what are some things you guys like to do in the falll?

 

Go to the mountains and see the color. Your simple plan is hard to improve. I would like to know what the trees say. Probably better than anything I've heard in a long time.

 

Wear about 100 layers, bundle up, close myself into the house.

I HATE THE COLD!

 

Don't remind me about wood splitting.... I don't even have all of it in yet.

 

How bad was the wind storm up your way Tysonswood? We had some gusts reach 70 mph.

 

It was very windy until about mid-night and then it moved off in your direction.

 

Not today- - raining like crazy. Ocean looks like a washing machine- -cold and windy- -I hope it slows down- - After Sandy,,any hard ,prolonged storm here on the coast makes me a bit nervous. We have had enuff - -most of the small towns along the shore have been rebuilt and fortified ,,but a big storm would still cause problems

 

About 80 % of the leaves came off the trees with the winds yesterday. The weather man on the news said winds were 40-70 mph last night.

Thanks....Its pretty bad , :hide: ,but moving fast ...maybe it will head north and out to sea, we can use a break. Hell,its only 11/1....we have a long winter ahead
