I will be doing something and just randomly start dancing...but I don't think I could just drop to the floor and start doing push-ups.
Okay, well aimlessly jumping up and down is decent excercise, quite good for your legs, and much fun too! I do it all the time... Hehe this is my 6666 post... :X
I get lots of cardio in my everyday activities. (My house is like a zoo, we have so many animals) I just need muscles.
I'll try to talk her into posting, but I doubt she will. If by some chance she does, you can ask her yourself.
