I think the only problem with male pregnancies would be the delivery of the infant. It would have a hard time squeezing through the penis. We could mutilate the DNA. So that men can have both, a penis & a vagina. They could be straight, lesbian & bisexiual and asexual all in one. They could impregnate themselves accidently. Another term of usage for accidental pregnancies.
