you can buy those at any tabacco store.. It is use for stuffing your choice tabacco into a cig filter..

 

you could break off the filter when you wanna smoke it...

 

Why not get a one hitter that looks like a cigarette? We have one of those and we use it all the time. Same idea...lots easier...

 

yeah my friends have some of those, but i dont really like them that much, i smoke really hard and wind up inhaling ash, they don't really look realistic up close, and they're one hitters, you have to load them every time...

Well I dont use it thinking Im fooling anybody. I just like it. While everyone is passing around an ashy bowl, My friends and I each hit a few hitters of our own good stuff! Green hits every time!

 

why not just empty the ciggerate yourself, and then fill it?
