When I was a kid - I knew something was different about me - I couldn't figure it out... but I knew I was equally attracted to both Burt Bacharach and Angie Dickinson. Burt died today and I am reminded of my silly confusion back then... I have others... Troy Donahue and Sandra Dee in the movie "a Summer Place" was one of my first awarenesses of dua-sex attraction... bisexuality is real, folks. It comes in degrees from straight to gay... but it is real.
I had the same feelings since I was a kid, and trough my hole life. As I was awakening to sex and attraction as a kid I played around with boys and girls. The sex games, exploration and friendship was equally for girls and boys. As you said I was different bur in those years i didn't try, even, to figure it out. I just enjoyed it. Later in life I was confused because our society makes a dichotomy, we were either gay or straight. I never was able to see my self as gay although I liked sex with guys. Since ,also, I enjoyed sex with women. Once I realized it doesn't have to be left or right the confusion disappeared.
Seeing The Blue Lagoon when I was 11 or so, it wasn’t really an awakening of my bisexuality, but it was a solid confirmation of it.
