Well, Grant was not really a puppet, he was more a naive and incapable president who was too eager to please his corrupt friends.

As for politicians being puppets, they may very well be puppets. As for the puppeteers, everyone seems to say that they are the big businessmen. My solution is to become a businessman. Other than becoming rich and being able to spend time with those I love, my motivation for studying business in college is so that, just maybe, I can change the landscape of America. And no, I don't mean tear down forests and build big box stores, I mean move and shake the way that our country runs, and hopefully improve upon it. America is a capitalist country, and as such, business has a lot of sway. So, if everyone thinks they can make such a difference in our political system, become a businessman. Where there is money, there is power, so go get some money! Don't don't even try to tell me that you can't because everything is monopolized. It's not 1910 anymore. There are so damned many business opportunities out there, but no young people seem to be interested. Maybe instead of sitting in front of the computer talking about conspiracy theories and badmouthing the president, you could be trying to get a business off the ground. Hell, 95% of the companies that "control" the country today had to start from scratch, so get to it! If the politicians aren't good enough, then the businesspeople have to be. What we need is not a revolution, or Anarchy, or any of that shit, it is a group of smart, responsible, open-minded and motivated people in control of the business world. That, my friends, will solve many problems in America.

This isn't an attack on you Yates, just something I feel I need to post. You see everyone says "oh, a live one" or something like that. Everyone acts like they are some "hardened veteran" of trying to change things, while the majority of people that say this shit just sit around complaining and acting the part. More people need to have the motivation to do this shit, and not just sit around saying things that broadcast the message "we've all been there, done that" and acting like it's a waste. We don't need good luck, we need more people trying to change the country for the better. Just because you have been posting on the conspiracy forums for a few years doesn't mean you have changed anything. We all need to go out and do stuff, and then maybe things will get better.

No offense meant, but what have you changed?

I've tried and failed, I have not tried and I have not failed. Think about it.

As an activist have you changed things a lot in Europe? I know certain elites have used the EU to enhance their power. Have you helped?

I assume you are still in Europe as you once noted.

Well being as I am 16 I haven't changed a whole hell of a lot, but I am planning a protest, more for fun than for "changing the world," but hey, you gotta start somewhere. As for what I was talking about as far as changing things from the inside by being a businessman, if I owned exxon-mobil or something, I would be set, but I don't. Once I have a business, I'll PM you :D. THen I can start changing the world.

Good Luck. Might help even if a failure tells you "good luck."

No offense meant man, I just get uppity about that stuff sometimes. The way things are run and how fucking close-minded and ignorant a lot of people just pisses me off. I guess it's the reason why a lot of people come here and talk lol. My biggest pet peeve is the built in mental blocks people get about drugs form all the biased crap we are taught since we can fucking think. i could write 50 pages about how badly that pisses me off...

Breathe...Breathe... phew, that was tense. But really man, thanks. I'm glad to ehar at least someone thinks it's possible :D
