Plenty of people seem to think so.

I didn’t say there was a difference between eating cows, sheep, chickens and fish did I? It is exactly the same.

Luckily where we live we have the opportunity to decided what we want to eat. People who want to eat meat do, people who want to eat vegetables do, people who want to eat fish do. I have decided that I want to eat fish and I expect people to respect my decision. It’s like anything really different things are right for different people.

It's like saying Lions can eat dirty great lumps of raw zebra hide, so why can't we? But a good point though. *Sits contemplatively with hands in lap.* hm.

Myself I don't see the difference between taking life in order to eat animals and taking life in order to eat plants. You've got to draw the line either at eating everything or eating nothing, so I'll eat meat. On the other hand, i don't eat fish, I just don't like it - although having worked on a fish counter in a supermarket I can prepare and cook fish meals fit for a king :)

yea we are designed to eat meat. im against killing animals for fun and against badly treating animals... but eating meat to stay alive, is that any different to a lion or a frog eating prey?

And Jamie... atleast she waits till the fish is dead before she eats it :p
