I had an FB message from a man saying he was running out of food at his orphanage in Africa. After discussion, it turns out water has to be carted in. I think only indigenous people like the Bushmen of the Kalahari - who I have a great deal of respect for- should occupy such land. I think the sensible solution would be evacuation.
