Thinking about getting this, what do yall think

Ok yall I am wanting this tattoo and these piercings.. I have acne scars in directly the place to get cheek piercings.. Big ones look like i had the piercings and took them out already, go figure right? Well I dont know what to do.. what would be better get the piercings, since I am in school for bio right now and it wont be necessary for me to get a job in the next few years. Also have applied many many places and am still waiting on an answer. If i dont get one it's a no go because i am starting fall semester. I was thinking if i got a job i could just save up a lot of money I am inherriting my moms car in the fall. I really am so insecure about my acne scars like i said people look at me and think piercings then they think oh boy poor girl she really took a wound there.... I am like I'd really to do so, but in the future when i am a biologist or botonist do you think i would have to take them out? WHO knows the standart procedure for hiring biologist and biologists. and no i don't want a guess because people tell you all the time nothing like tattoos or piercings will hold you back in your future, your free and all that but then again. The old more weird people are like NOOOO No thats a definate nO!

 

I plan on getting my band logo above tattooed on me as well and yes I made it myself. Go and support me by getting it for yourself for all i care.

 

don't know why you can't see them in this pic but they are there when I'm out in the sun looking at my face through the. Window... it's bright and I can see it would definitely hide the marks if I got the piercings and I put them in the places it would cover and I would be more confident. I do have a question about would anyone hire me in a professional job if not biology majors what kind? Editors, botanists, pottery people? Those Re the only other no s I am interested in I know for sure in marine biology you can have tattoos, piercings that is why I want to know. For sure

 

I am a big fan of both tattoos and piercings, and think the one in your first pic is very sexy!!!. But as for you thinking you need to cover up your face, I think your crazy.. hahah You are very beautiful and need to cover and hide nothing. But if that is something you truly want then by all means get it done, you will still look sexy. and I would heir you.

 

I don't think you will have any problems. Many people in college have jobs and they have piercings or tattoos. I think you'll even be able to find a job in biology with piercings. Yeah some places will turn you down. You just gotta look for more liberal places that don't judge people based on their appearance. Many professional jobs allow for "casual" attire/appearances.

As for a job now, again, try looking at more liberal places like independent non-chain restaurants or bars, movie theaters, or certain clothing stores. You will have to look harder than people with "clean cut" appearances, but it most certainly can be done.

It is not professional in the workplace to have tattoos showing or piercings showing unless its your ears.
Many places wont even hire if you have bad credit, dont do this if its going to impact your life in the future.

Your acne is fine, many ppl have it and its nothing to be ashamed of, its a natural condition.

 

Suicide girls will take you on for a modelling job.

 

I would put piercings and tattoos out of sight. I like them myself but I agree with MindControlledShepple. A lot of businesses take that into consideration.

Don't worry about acne scars. The only person concerned with them is you. I understand how you feel though. There are things that I'm insecure about me that are worse than acne scars, but when I see other people that have a similar condition, I don't tthink anything about them because of their appearance. I think everyone is that way.

 

It will be difficult to get a job with a tattoo and piercings like that. It won't be difficult if you're searching for jobs at say skate shops and places like that. But for more "serious" companies, it is a definite no-no these days. If you can't cover it up it's going to hurt your chances of landing a job. Working in the arts won't be that difficult since it's expressive and generally people with artistic backgrounds tend to have more tattoos than those that don't (IMO/E, no source for this claim)

Consider this as well.... When you see a really good looking tattoo on a smoking hot model, is it really the tattoo that's looking good or just...? Yeah. Keep that in mind.

 

You guys are totally right, I recently used a dead sea face mask and it totally made me look like a model all my acne scars shrunk it shrunk my pores but with that I'd have to do one every two days...I think a good wrinkle serum would do the same thing even though I'm half Spanish and I have big pores because people with big pores stay young looking for longer than those with out them I used my mom's and it made my face look great, ill just buy some of my own.

 

I'm old so my vote is NOOOO No thats a definate nO
