If you gonna get in your JW preacher chair again do it in one of your older and more appropriate threads. Like the one where you were busy before you were asked what happens to the JWs who don't go to heaven, as its maximum is 144.000. You took a convenient break from the forums right after that question.
That's an easy question to answer what's going to happen is it going to be right here on Earth. Psalms 37:29 says the meek shall inherit the earth and live forever upon it
The hundred forty-four thousand are the anointed Christians starting with the apostles that will serve with Jesus in God's Kingdom .
There is no reason to suggest that the New Testament authors knew any of the sectarian works discovered among the Dead Sea Scrolls. Further, it is quite possible that the two groups never interacted with each other. VanderKam points out that there is no overlap between the cast of characters in the scrolls and the New Testament (except for figures from the Hebrew Bible). He notes that “not even John the Baptist, who for a time lived in the wilderness and around the Jordan, not too far from the Dead Sea Scroll caves (see Luke 1:80; 3:3)” appears in the scrolls—let alone Jesus, much of whose ministry happened in Galilee. What do the Dead Sea Scrolls say about Jesus? Nothing. However, they shed some light on the world in which Jesus lived. This scroll, the Messianic Apocalypse (4Q521), has a list of miracles very similar to Luke 7:21–22, even though it was written approximately 150 years before Luke’s Gospel.Photo: Israel Antiquities Authority, Jerusalem. The worldviews of early Christians and the writers of the Dead Sea Scrolls were also starkly different. VanderKam explains, “A group that set a goal of spreading its religious message to all peoples to the ends of the earth had a very different understanding of God’s plan than ones who seem to have done no proselytizing and had no interest in bringing the nations into the fold.” Nevertheless, there are some similarities between the two groups and their writings, which make for interesting comparisons. For example, a list of miracles appears in both Luke 7:21–22 of the New Testament and the Dead Sea Scroll known as the Messianic Apocalypse (4Q521). In Luke 7, Jesus gives these miracles to the disciples of John the Baptist as proof that he is the messiah. In the Messianic Apocalypse, which was written approximately 150 years before Luke’s Gospel, the Lord is the one who will perform these miracles. The source for both of these lists is Isaiah chapters 35 and 61. While not all of the same miracles appear in Luke 7 and the Messianic Apocalypse, the miracles that do appear in both are listed in the same order (see chart). https://www.biblicalarchaeology.org...s/the-dead-sea-scrolls-and-the-new-testament/
In Revelations, it says there will be a new heaven and a new earth. Revelation 21:1 Then I saw "a new heaven and a new earth," for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.
having said that... there are many contradictions in the bible , the 4 different gospels contradict each other in every single point. It is amazing. They seem to not even know what color the thobe of jesus was when walking to the crucifiction place (red, purple, scarlet?) . They dont even know what jesus last words were when on the cross ("it is finished" or "father why have you forsaken me"? ) . Who was at the tomb when maria entered the next day after sabbath (sunday morning) ? all 4 gospels say different things. They dont even seem to agree on an earthquake and heavy thunders that supposedly had taken place during/after jesus crucifiction. If you look at the old testament, the contradictions are even worse . how many rooms did solomons palace have? how many wives did david have? etc etc . There are more than 5700 manuscripts (currently) of the new testament alone - and that is in ancient greek ALONE! ANd guess what? Not even 2 agree with each other. Yep. If you sum all the manuscripts, of the new testament alone, up in all the languages (armenian,greek,latin,coptic..) then you find like hundreds of thousands
the new heaven would be heaven with Satan and all the demons out of it. Jehovah establishes the new heaven with Jesus as King with 144,000 co rulers to rule over obedient mankind without sin or death. Turning the earth into a glorious paradise.
When it comes to matters of spirituality, whether it goes off towards a religion or some other belief system, faith is required, not necessarily connecting all the logical dots. For it might seem very illogical to believe in any form of god, but for many, it's very logical.
Saying that earth will be the new heaven, is like saying there's no such thing as global warming....it goes against everything science teaches. The sun will burn out. When it does the earth will die. Mankind is going to need a new earth. Those UFO's that many have seen and are now seeing, are going to take mankind to the new earth. One of them took Noah up to heaven...the ancients that witnessed it, called it a "fiery chariot". It says in the bible, that there are thousands of them. Google it. Puma Punku is the ruins of aliens in Bolivia. It is built out of Diorite, which is harder than granite, and need diamond cutting tools to cut it. It's thousands of years old, at 12,000 feet elevation. Enduring Mystery Surrounds the Ancient Site of Puma Punku The Nazca Lines in Peru are for alien UFO landings. Nazca Lines - Wikipedia A lot of what the ancients called angels were aliens. Kinda like the ancients calling UFO's "fiery chariots". Most ancients didn't understand what they were witnessing. They had no idea about other planets and other galaxies. So many of the Maya and Inca called them Gods instead of aliens. You may be reincarnated on a different planet in a different galaxy in your next life. There are many reasons for reincarnation. Here's one that Jesus talked about.....Matthew 17:10-13 Buddhists know that you must learn your lessons to become an enlightened being. Just imagine the lessons that Hitler and Trump have to learn....YIKES!
That's a really good point. I would think that the historical documents kept by the Romans at the time would probably have some record of Jesus. -- I would think as a bare minimal that they would have his crucifiction on record. I would think they'd record all the people that died that way on record. ??? (Sorry about the spelling error)
