Funny you should say that... Because I look upon those three basics of yours as poisons to the body. Im saying that I have felt amazing as a veggie.. then i mixed things up and felt even better... then i tried new things and felt worse.. then more experimentation led me to feeling better..

Your idea of how healthy you are is just a sliding gauge relative to your own experience...
I suppose what I mean is that what you are really saying is that this is the most healthy you have ever felt... but dont be fool enough to think that you have reached some kind of epitome of health that cannot be improved upon.

I also dont think that you should rely on having to purchase your health.

Yeah well i believe that to be the healthiest you need superfoods, which is the cold hard truth, which is why i plan on growing this stuff throughout my life so that i don't have to worry about money and i can be sure it's organic.
Ok those three things are poisons to the body right now i know you're crazy
Btw i don't know if you thought i was a vegetarian, im not.

Probably one of the most important for people past their mid 20s is a coenzyme Q10 supplement. It's essential for the proper functioning of enzymes, and thus, cell health. As we get older our bodies lose coenzyme Q10 and supplementing with it can greatly slow the aging process and deterioration of the body. Food sources are most types of meat and some veggies (veggies are less good) but only if it's natural, unprocessed and raw; raw meat is no good though so that's why I suggest supplements.

Raw meat is the only thing that I eat. The true human diet is a totally carnivorous one. I already know you will not accept this because you're a slave to fear, this is something that I live and the difference between raw meat as food, compared to plant matter as food is incredible.

Wow that's pretty gnarly.. don't you worry about getting sick from bacteria? I always feel better with more fruits and veggies but hey whatever you thinks best. However, i will say that eating just one type of food can't be that great for you. Variety is key.

i like kale, peanuts, potatoes, eggs, beepollen, spirulina, nori/seaweed, rice of many types, beans of many types. tumeric, cumin, cardamon, corriander, cinnamon, red pepper, garlic.

Its neat to think of spices as being a super healthy food and being able to prevent sickensses. Yay for spices!

I do not believe for one second that seagreens are ever actually used by your body.

Scientists sit down and rabble off a list of nutrition that shit contains, but it doesnt mean that its biologically available to you.

CoQ10 i hear is abundant in the heart, so I eat the raw heart and since its made of meat instead of cellulose cell walls or whatever plants have, my body can just burn it down to the little pieces i need and everything for a healthy heart should be inside of the healthy heart im eating.

If fact my dog used to have some heart murmur or some kind of problem like that. On her vet date 8 months or so later the doctor is checking her heart and is looking at me like WTF? Where is her heart problem? I had been feeding her on pretty much just raw hearts for those 8 months. Take what you will from that story.

Bacteria is a myth, or mabye its, A lack of bacteria makes you weak?
I lived in a tent, no soap, no baths, no hygene, eating raw rotting meat off of the same wooden cuttingboard that we never cleaned, eat with our hands rah rah, dirty enviroment. I did not get sick until I spent 16hrs at my dads febreeze and bleach infested 'clean' house. Take what you will from that story.

Heres a question for you fresh.. Do you believe that your body is your own singular entity made up of just you? Or do you regard your body as its own living ecosystem with seperate entities working symbiotically to create a harmony?

Yeah I think you mentioned that story before.
Anyway, seagreens have identical nutrient makeup as humans, so its basically you are helping yourself in every way by eating them. Personally, they do taste like shit though.
Not to be all green tree hugger but don't you ever feel like you are sick with yourself, because of how many creatures you consume? I know that whenever I eat steak and stuff I feel a little bad about the whole thing, I really do have respect to all respectful living things. Just a combination of steaks being so divinely delicious, and also subconciously wanting to get bigger and get more iron, those things overcome me and then it feels natural to eat meat even though i wouldn't want people eating me.

You said you got sick from being in a house? I swear I have not been sick for at least 1 year before a month ago, the only reason I got sick then is because my friend had been coughing all over and he infected me. I had some garlic to help me get better, and i felt better within 2 days. I felt pretty sick to so my immune system really is amazing. So I must be doing somethin right if I hardly ever get sick, however you say you get sick just from being inside.

To answer your question, mabey a little bit of both? I haven't thought too much about that. All I know is that my body is my team, and my team puts in an effort to stay healthy. If you add helpful things to your body, then somehow your body knows how to use it to make a better whole person.

they say that you really don't need any dairy products at all, and if you do drink milk it's better to get in unpasteurized, but i don't really know anything about that.

Damn right you dont need dairy. The fallacy commited by the milk industry and currently manifesting itself within the ignorant minds of the masses is that milk is healthy and essential to any diet. Milk would be fairly healthy and I would drink it IF they didnt pasteurize it and kill all of the beneficial bacteria and enzymes, if the cows werent given hormones, kept in unhealthy conditions and fed poor quality food and given antibiotics to prevent any major disease.

The truth is that we need calcium. Not milk. Raw milk would be a great source of calcium, but once pasteurized much of the calcium is not useable by the body and the milk is terrible for the digestive system. Calcium can be obtained many other ways.

To live longer, stop drinking commercial pasteurized milk and replace it with supplements, fish bones, whey (dairy but perfectly fine), seeds and vegetables.

Do I ever feel bad? I mean on the one hand I am aware that i am taking its life. On the other hand if i dont, then im taking my own life.

I dont know how i can explain it other than 'Thats the reality of things'.
I do not eat 'bullshit' supermarket meat. What I eat is either wild or lives on nice free-range farms. Death comes for us all, and for the sheep in my sights, its coming for you today.

And I never had problems before doing this, I didnt ever get sick or anything, i could eat anything and drink all the beer i wanted and didnt even have to excercise to maintain a pretty good build.
Am i becoming weaker because I cannot expose myself to neurotoxins in large doses anymore? I could eat all the wheat and porridge I wanted. Eating a whole pack of bagles (like, nearly 3 loaves of bread) was standard fare. When my wife quit grains I did the same to make it easier on her, now i can not eat that shit or my guts will feel all fucked up. Did I become weaker? or was I never really able to process it and i had just learned to ignore the warning signs?

Well, what I wanna know is what are the major differences that you got before and after you started your carnivore diet. Why are you so convinced that you feel healthier about yourself now than you did before? Because in my opinion I have such a great diet that its getting harder and harder to even imagine being healthier. I feel like I am doing the right thing, you feel like you are doing the right thing, we both win. Who will live longer? who knows. But one diet must be better overall, even though I think my diet is better for me and your diet is better for you.

Everyone could benefit from eating some meat. Everyone could benefit from eating some grains. The same goes for nearly any type of whole food. Balance and harmony in what one eats and a knowledge of what exactly constitutes optimal health and nutrition are to be sought after. I think that vegans are stupid and people without a lot of plant-based food in their diets are also missing the mark completely. There is benefit to be had in consuming a large variety of life in the proportions that are best suited to one's own unique physiology. Take the Inuit and their diet of mostly sea animals and contrast that with the obsecene amount of rice consumed in Asian countries. Natural selection will over time select the genes best suited to the available food source. For a melting pot nation like America, the challenge is figuring out what one's own genes are best suited for. A metabolic typing test and a knowledge of the diet of one's ancestors are places to start.

However I will add that there is always benefit in deviation. The Inuit could benefit greatly from many of the wonderful plant-based superfoods, herbs, spices, etc and those whose genes are best suited for a high carb diet could still benefit from animal products. The game is a difficult one but fun and rewarding.

Yeah thats what I have always done is get the widest variety of good foods. I have eaten alot of meat, the only things I eat that are healthy but don't like the taste of are: vegetables, Sea vegetables, spirulina, and I can't think of much else.

The foods that are healthy but I NEVER eat because it is so gross are: Eggplant, beets, asperagus, sour cream, sushi.

The foods that are very nutritious that I also absolutely LOVE the taste of are: Bee pollen, Avacado, pomagranate, acai, goji berries, mulberries, Yacon, blueberries, chocolate, Raw honey, coffee, meat, cheese, eggs I can even think of more if i keep typing.

Thats the idea of eating healthy, you have to love what you eat and love what it does for you.

Anything that allows your body to maintain a healthy pH balance. Raw Fruits and veggies! Cancer cant live in an alkaline body. The ph of the body should be ideally at an alkaline 7.4. Cooking food loses good nutrients.
