I rather have no ice cream than share it with a dog.

I can’t stand voice activated responses that come on when you call anything dealing with credit cards, finances, etc. It frustrates me to no end to have to talk to a prerecorded voice that serves as a representative, asking me questions I really don’t want to broadcast while I’m in public. Some of these systems don’t allow you to bypass and use the keypad to make selections, and the only thing you can do then is press “0” to talk to an operator.
    Fuck!

It comes in handy if you want to just pay a bill quickly but not if you actually need a human to help you.

Things that make ya mad, you say? Hmmm.

Yankees getting denied their chance at the World Series a few days ago by the Houston Astros.
The Patriots going to 7-0-0 on a schedule softer than cotton candy and not leaving the Eastern Time Zone. (Opponents are an awful 11-27-0 against them.) That and the league kissing Cowboys ass, too.
    Trump still being President.

Dare I say anything else? :p

    lol

The Patriots having a 7-0-0 record because in part, the referees are paid off to sway calls their way. Sorry, but every game I ever see them in, the Pats have blatant violations, but rarely get calls. Tom Brady recoils into a fetal position if he's bumped lol Please...not to say they're not a good team, but they're coddled by the NFL.

And even if you do press “0” they go - “so that I can get the right representative to help you, please tell me what you’re calling about”
and that’s literally adding insult to injury right there! Put a rep on the damn phone already.

It might piss you off but the better team won.

What's the difference between a Minute Maid Park hot dog and a Yankee Stadium hot dog? You can still get Mind Maid Park dogs!

I watched most of the Pats vs the Jets came last night.....Brady is protected for sure
but the Pats defense just whacked the Jets around...they played TWO very basic
defenses and just kicked their azzzzzzzzzzzzz
On defense, the Jets gave away virtually every blitz and Brady is simply TOO smart
to continually blitz him when you cannot "get home"
He is a master at picking a defense a part little by little inch by inch

Meanwhile, Miami is in the race to beat their "epic" 2007 season! (Any wonder why I finally gave up following them after 36 hopeless years?) They went 1-15-0, with a week 15 win against Baltimore. AND...needing OT to even win that one. :disappointed:

Dallas and New England have the biggest base of bandwagon jumpers. Trust me, the second #12 retires or (unlikely), they finally have a .500 record or less, many people will jump off and pretend they never rooted for them. Some of their ignorant fans act like the Pats didn't exist before 2001. Despite the fact they were in Super Bowl XX and XXXI before that. One current friend and one ex-friend never forgave New England using Connecticut for suckers, acting like they were going to come to Hartford. That was for leverage from Boston to get Gillette Stadium built. It SUCKS living in New England your entire life (CT and ME), watching and hearing these stations kiss their ass HUGE every day. Makes me want to barf! :imp:

Yes, I stopped rooting for Miami. However, I held out hope year after year...after agonizing f-----g year. In that whole time? One Super Bowl (loss of XIX), an AFC Championship game (loss to Buffalo before Super Bowl XXVII), a couple of division titles (1992 and 2008) and a couple of one-and-out wildcard spots (last being an early exit at Pittsburgh in 2017-18). As good as Dan Marino was (#13!), he has no ring. Only Jim Kelly fared worse. 4 straight Super Bowls and nothing.

OK, what else grinds the gears of Deidre and you other guys? :grimacing:

But, other teams win and the NFL doesn’t coddle them like the Patriots.
