When someone sees their lane is going to close ahead. So instead of hitting their turn signal then to merge at a spot equal to or maybe behind their current lane slot they speed up all the way to the end of the lane and cut over then. Now that car has no choice but to let them in. Most of these people come speeding out of there. And instead of waiting like everyone else and for one car to be nice you just took. They are now a few spots ahead at least and it's at the expense of being a dick. My opinion at least.

There is highway contraction on my commute so some places are 2 lanes from 4. It's hot on my mind.

Big pet peeve here. Wether its switching lanes on a busy highway or on a roundabout.. just freaking use it.

 

That global warming and climate change are real problems, but so many people don't think so. I saw a lone bumblebee earlier, outside my window as I was working, and it's the only bumblebee I ever see. Where did they all go? This is due to climate change...a diminishing of certain species.

 

That makes me mad, too.

I don't think he's saying that it's all ok. 'Just' that we average individuals can't do anything about it. Which is just as maddening (because it isn't true, just to be clear)

Yeah, those things that are just as embarrassing as an unintentional fart slip. They appear unexpectedly and they're gross! And what's worse, sometimes people don't even tell you that they are there, because they think it's funny. I hate boogers!
