I don't know if anyone answered this yet. But the three on the left are his sisters , That is why he does not have any bothers.
Years ago I would pick up some extra money by snow plowing for the town. I had a CDL drivers license and had no problem driving their trucks. I was given a area to plow as the snow was letting up. I only had a few more streets to do. Plowing curb to curb, not letting any snow sit on the roadway. As I was going down the street I passed a guy that just finished shoveling his driveway. Unfortunately the snow that I was pushing had to go somewhere and it filled in the end of his driveway as I went past. Unknown to me he threw his shovel at the truck and it ended up in the bed of the dump truck. I just continued plowing the snow covered roads. About 10 minutes later I got a call on the radio to met the homeowner at such and such address. I was thinking that this guy was going to give me a bunch of noise about the snow blocking his driveway. I get there and meet him halfway up his driveway. He told me that I have his snow shovel . I told him that I did not take his shovel. Then he explained what happened. I climbed up on the back of the truck and sure enough there was his shovel. He kept saying that he was sorry that he lost his temper etc-etc. Now I felt bad and ended up clearing the end of his driveway for him. Before that I was totally confused as to why he wanted me back to his house.. You just don't really know what to expect sometimes.
One person was going to St Ives You. The others were just met as you were traveling to your destination
How many was going to St Ives? Ives, the most common mathematical answer is 2802: 1 man, 7 wives, 49 sacks, 343 cats, and 2401 kits, plus the narrator (the sum of a geometric series, plus one). If one only considers the "kits, cats, sacks, and wives", then the answer would be 2800.
technically it never even says you met the others, just the guy. for all we know, his wives were at home with their cat sacks.
