this confuses me too. i've lived in small towns a majority of my life and i can't comprehend why such places exist or why anyone would intentionally live in one.
I have no fucking idea what is going on here! Nothing new here then say my mates but c'mon - country, county, rural, village. Different people and nationalities have different ideas about what these mean but the context usually makes it clear. My one period of lucidity today people.
English langauge has some absurdness such as pronouncing same words differently. Live channel. I live there. Same words but different pronouncing. Read is read differently depending if it is Verb 1 or Verb 2. Why dont you write it different if you are gonna read it different?
When people turn on the “left” turn signal to get into the “right” lane or vice versa . I complained about this in another thread, but I’m starting to see this a lot more.
