when you go to a fast food establishment and you tell them it's for here and they give you your food in a to-go bag.

 

i kind of prefer that. then you don't have to deal with returning the tray.

as an added bonus, maybe they weren't listening at all and rung you up as to-go, thus saving you from paying the eat-in tax.

 

When I buy 3 items at the supermarket and I get a receipt as long as my arm...

maybe it's just in ohio, but here you get charged tax on food if you dine in but not if you get it to go.
