Things I don't understand, or time to post a rant.

my cat is honestly way more annoying than my dog.
i kind of hate him.
but we're also kindred spirits. Love me, feed me, pet me, then leave me the fuck alone. That's always been my motto too.

I'm putting a hard one here now...and I don't expect I'll ever understand it...and it gripes my ass.

My favorite cousin's 33 yr old son just had his 2nd cancer of the brain surgery in 3 yrs. Everything was fine for over 2 yrs, and then in the last 2 months, there was a CAT scan and they didn't know if they were seeing just scar tissue. Roughly a month passed and they had another CAT scan and they knew it was an aggressive tumor. This sweet, talented, funny, fine young man had the 2nd surgery this week, and he is doing as well as expected but is having significant speech and understanding speech issues. But all in all, he is doing well...even if this "well" still encompasses a long long road of recovery, if he is lucky. They weren't even able to get all of the tumor. This makes me sick sick sick sick.

Then there are people that aren't worth a shit that never get sick and live forever and evil people that continue to prosper both financially and physically. WTF is that about?!?

I will be damned if I'll ever understand some things, and its probably best I don't.

I don't mind the smaller SUVs that people are using to haul surfboards, snowboards, skis, kayaks, etc...great vehicle for the outdoor enthusiast.

It's the luxury SUVs rich people in the suburbs have that annoy me. I agree that if you're not using your SUV as an SUV, what's the point, but this notion of a luxury car being replaced by luxury SUV represents all that is wrong with America. Why is a company like Cadillac making these tacky monstrosities?
