Just wanted to open a dialogue with the senior couples on the forum regarding sex health.
I am 63 and My wife is 58. 3 years ago I had my T level checked because I had low energy and tired all the time. It was far below the minimum. In fact, it almost did not show up at all. A little history here: In my 20's I had one testy removed due to a cancer scare. In my 30's I had a vasectomy after 2 kids. My wife and I are very close and do everything together and I mean everything. She is old school and will pleasure me anytime, anyway I want, and I for her. Hence, in my 50's I experienced a energy slow down, but did not realize it was my low T level. We would have sex on average maybe 2 times weekly. Now in my 60's I take Testosterone shots twice monthly and suppliments of L-Arginine, Maca, Vitamin C and others. I exercise and eat right. Absolutely no junk food and I fast foods. I drink a lot of water every day. I have lost 30 lbs and cut my blood pressure medication in half. We now have sex a least 4 times a week on average. Toe curling sex for her, ball draining sex for me. Refractory has also shortened. I have a hard on every morning. It takes a lot of work, but it is really worth it. So gentlemen and ladies get your T levels checked. Do this for yourself and do it for your partner. My wife did and her libido is better. She really likes a good doggie fucking and fucking me back. I am just above average with a length of just under 7 inches and average girth. So, I can stroke her good. I shot a load on her tits just to see how much it was. 6 ropes, with the first, a precum shot. 4 were thick and milky and finished with 1 shot of after cum that I hit her neck. A really nice load. She likes the taste. Any questions, Just ask a senior guy.

Great, talk about a happy ending! Tickles me that you two are so active still. Enjoy! The only thing that might concern me personally about going down this road is what possible unknown adverse side effects might come into play further on, and whether present benefits would outweigh whatever those may be. Of course any speculation would be hypothetical at this point but with most rewards inherently come with some risk. T levels decline naturally, so artificially raising them is fighting against nature in some capacity, and nature is a vicious foe.

    Thanks trudging,
At this time, I closely monitor my T-level twice a year now. In the beginning it was determined through more testing that if I reduce the dosage my T-level bottoms out. My doctor runs full screen blood work and checks many other levels to guard against side effects. I guess I am able to tolerate it. P.s. I don't drink or smoke and I do have a fantastic wife. She was raised to take care of her man. I was raised to honor and respect her.
We live by a code. Sex is for adult play, explore and fun. Love is reserved for the heart. Needles to say we play a lot.

Regular exercise reduces your ability to have sex.
