you know, i haven't had milk in my diet for years. but since i started drinking it again, i feel AWESOME. i'm drinking the lowfat sort, but it's so creamy and delicious. obviously i'm not a vegetarian, but drinking milk is also helping me to eat regularly without getting a racing heart or feeling shitty.

which actually has nothing at all to do with your post, but it reminded me to have a glass of milk with my boiled egg.

I have a caramel macchiato. Just waiting for it to cool down. Took Arianna to school and realized I forgot her bathing suit. Tues/Thurs the next two weeks, they are going to the Y for swimming lessons. SO I had to drive back home. Then go back to her school then off to work. This day isn't starting very easy

 

my daughter has given up on my remembering her leo for gymnastics. so she puts it in her backpack and takes it to school. joey has started gymnastics and dance, too, so she's got a little tinkerbell bag with her ballet and tap shoes. i think she likes the dance better, but she impresses the hell out of the coaches in gym.
