Don't get the snip! Or make sure they do it in a reversible way! You're next, younger, sexually active wife may want kids.
The way you talk, it won't magically fix things.
Only do it unless you for sure want zero extra kids. Let HER get sterilized if that is her worry!
Besides, she won't be able to have kids in a year or two anyways.

Too late. I had it 2 weeks ago. I’ve done my bit. No way could I start with another baby when I’m getting to the other side of raising kids. I love my wife and don’t plan on leaving her.
