The Wose Pain EVER: passing kidney stones

Whoa thats pretty intense lol, about the nosebleeds, i used to get them randomly too. I had figured it was either due to high blood pressure or something genetic (since my mum used to get them too throughout teen years) but then again, high blood pressure is genetic, or else seasonal changes maybe, but i would get atleast one very bad NB once a month. So anyway, since i quit smoking ciggs like 3 or 4 months ago, i havent had a single nosebleed. Kinda kickass since i would hate to just sit somewhere, feel my nose running, and straight away get that feeling of aaaah fuck not again

i used to get those random nosebleeds too. my doctor said it was a deviated septum and blood vessels that were too close to the surface. it was pretty annoying. it'd feel like a runny nose, i'd wipe it, and the tissue (or my hand) would be covered in blood. i thought it was kinda funny when it happened in public though. people would freak out, like "omg what happened?!"
i always thought it'd be funny to pretend i just got beat up or something.

But to be perfectly honest, i was scared i had Testicular torsion once, but it went away and everything was fine.

Its one of the things i would truelly fear happening to me... its reallly really messed up, so yeah, id say id rather pass a kidney stone too then get that for real.

Truth is they use drugs and even lasers to break up the stones, so instead of a half inch sized rock, youd be getting alot more smaller onces, which ofc should hurt less.

But one other scary thing is, those rocks doing crazy damage to the tubing... i mean sure stretching is one thing, a sharp stone has deffenate pottential of cutting them open ... ew.

 

Shit I thought they could like use ultra-sound or some shit to break them up now, so they wern't as bad.

My worse pain was probably... When I use to skateboard when I was younger and I jumped off this 10 foot fence to get down into this lot at night and landed on nail about 5 inches long, and it went through my shoe, through my big toe and pushed the nail completely off as it went through it. Then I had to ride 2 miles back home with my shoe filling with blood. Those nerves were going fuckin' crazy.

 

I live in constant fear of kidney stones. CONSTANT FEAR

Pain, well , you kinda get accustomed to it. But have yet to experience kidney stones.

 

Yea but its all fucked up, and gets ingrown alot.

 

my family has hereditary ingrown nails. my mom and brother have each had parts of their big toenails cut out. they cut them out from the base so they wont grow back, but you're left with a fucked up looking half nail.

once, i was running after my friends through a park, and i caught my sandal on a lip of concrete. my sandal stopped, my foot didn't, and i basically sheared off the whole bottom of my big toe. i never did get the bloodstains out of that sandal. they were decent leather ones too. pain is kind of fun to talk about.

I once slipped with a ax and hit my shin, not the worst pain I have experienced, yet it hurt like hell. It did not bleed much and I could see the bone.

 

Nope. Had a myriad of tests done, endoscopy, barium swallow, and all was inconclusive. They put me on birth control even though these episodes were not relative to my cycle, but it seemed to work, but now I just stopped BC pills, soooo kinda expecting these excruciating pains to return. Awesome.

 

hmm. i wonder what the BC pills did to make it better.
