    The Eddaic poems have the following characteristics.

    The Hávamál also greatly changes in translation, every translation you read. :D

    If you're into sects or cults, clans, mass etc. the Hávamál will also be worded to fit your agenda. So, for racial movements, it will tell you that women and women will not lay down together, even though this is hugely protested and condescending to the rest of writings. It will also state that you will not wed a foreign person. None of this however, is ever spoken in traditional transcripts taken by Snorri.

    So, be careful what you're reading, make sure it's not fitting anybodies agenda but your own.

    Ironic really, that hate movements would even cite what they do given that in reality, our gods don't want us to worship the en mass. Like church. Jehova also said he wasn't to be worshipped in a mass group. Yet church on Sundays. :D
