The war on - ?

War on people who don't pick their dog shit up off the pavement. Hate the fuckers. I've got a huge dog and you pretty much need a shovel but I still manage it.It's amazing how many owners look round after their dog has done the deed to see if anyone is watching before they decide to clean up the shit or not. The best way I have found to deal with these twats is stand and stare at them until they submit and get the bag out of their pocket. The majority of the time they are in possesion of some kind of bag so why the fuck don't they just use it in the first page.
