Cash can be tracked. The only reason it is not currently tracked, is they've been waiting on the cost of the technology to come down. Once they can track it, even robbing a liquor store will become history. You have to think big when it comes to the banks and the Pentagon. Over half of all cargo ships today carry contraband, and these bastards live to make enforceable copyrights and patents and charge everyone for their brilliance.
