This would certainly make for some major water cooler talk. Daryl is not in not in the comics at all. Neither is Carol. I would love to see Daryl and carol get together. It would be a tender scene. Plus their names rhyme. The script writers can do anything with them two. Jesus could be gender fluid, that would be on trend for today's society. Very progressive. The group should just go on a major killing spree and have an orgy after with whoever is available. Celebrate life amongst all the death.

just daryl is not in them, and carol and morgan have died in the comics before the group reaches the kingdom if my sources are correct. so i have a feeling the next season will stray a bit from the comics. making all the relationship theories perfectly reasonable.
Thank you for correcting that penguins, regarding Carol Andrea, the one who hooked up with the governor In the comics is with Rick and not dead. Michonne in the comics Hooks up with Morgan and then leaves him Ezekiel. Carol has taken on some of Michonnes parts in the series. Michonne has taken on Andreas parts. Carol won't be killed, she is loved too much, or she better not be!!!!
I guess not, but they are all close. The comics do have openly gay People. This is a first? Ezekiel seems to want to look after Carol. He brought her fruit. Very suggestive. I don't like Rick either. People get upset about this when I say it. If he dies on the show it would not matter to me. Negan dying would Be a bigger loss to the show, in my opinion.

Think it would be a far more juicier storyline if Rick ends up being the villain and Negan the hero, or at least the best choice in leading what is inevitably going to be a bunch of infighting whiney humans
PS: 99% of viewers don't care about the comics. They don't read them. Especially in this case. Comics released 6 months before the show comes out are supposed to be Canon? Why? Explain that rationale
Oh Glenn, in the comic book is Asian and is with Maggie, or was. The governor, in the comic referred to him as the asain guy. In the comics not everyone is in an interracial relationship.
Well, I saw an interview with the comic book writer and he didn't care. He said he sees Daryl as a a great addition. It is keeping on the same track. comics generally has one main character and a villain per book. This has the group all together and the way that is dealt with for tv has to have added dramatic effect. The comic is about Rick and Carl and their friends and enemies. Rick needed a side kick for the series. Along came Daryl. Daryl Also auditioned for a different part I believe And they gave him Daryl instead. I am officially a walking dead junkie!
