Actually I've put a lot of thought into the airforce...

But anyways here are my reasons for joining the army...
1. It's a great oppurtunity to get a good start in life like somebody else pointed out.
2. Im haveing the worst time finding a job and keeping one. I live in a fucked up disfunctional family and it uncontrollably interferes with my life.
3. an oppurtunity to travel and get the fuck away from where I am at.

So maybe I should just join the coast gaurd?

 

I would highly recommend the Coast Guard... heck, I would rather be losing the war on drugs then the war on terror.

because of the way america tries to protect itself it makes a lot of enemies. I bet there are a lot more potential terrorist out there nowadays then before America got into Iraque. you might ask yourself if it´s really usefull to go into the army if you wanna protect your country

why protect your country if not to use violence at all could save the whole world

but I won´t stop you if you really wanna go....

if you really feel like you have to join some branch of the military, join one that teaches you not to piss on your hands, like the navy or the air force.

Do something else. Find a different cathartic release. Being in the army doesn't make you manly. Find a different source of income. There are so many better things you could do than join the army that would benefit you physically, monetarily, and mentally at least as much as the army, and probably much more. Killing is not a good business to get into, regardless of what you believe the reason for killing is.

 

TRY THE FRENCH FOREIN LEGION is just a bunch of gay guys with nice guns .

 

The French dont trust them "Locos" so they are never sent them to battle.

 

there is no guarantee he'd go to iraq...he could be sent to korea, japan, germany or even just here in the US.

well I thought about the army dad said son you're fucking high so i took my old mans advice 3 semesters it was only 15 grand so I thought about the army again but I dropped out and joined a band instead
