There's a late night greasy spoon in Brighton called the Market Diner which does...

    Gut Buster Breakfast £6.60
Egg, bacon, sausage, burger, black pudding, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, fried slices & chips
    Mega Buster Breakfast £8.30
2 Eggs, fried slice, bacon, 2 sausages, 2 black pudding, 2 burgers, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, chips, bread, butter & tea OR coffee

I've eaten there a few times at the end of the night after going out clubbing, but not for many years now.

That looks fantastic, except for the egg. And I eat burgers with a knife and fork lol and usually don't eat the top bun unless it's drowned in sauce and just too yummy not to eat.

there are no bad foods as such, just bad lack of sufficient dietary diversity.
if you want to talk about what's the worst thing to do, that would be to overdo any one thing.
if all you eat is baked goods and starches, all you get is fat.
then there are good reasons to avoid too much of anything that comes from a pig.
they're too genetically close to human and that means the human hoof and mouth, i forget what its called. mind rot anyway.
i'll eat pretty much anything that don't eat me furst. i just don't much care for the taste of anything fried. the better fried stuff smells cooking, the more it just tastes like grease eating it.
and i don't often drink carbonated beverages, and even less anything with alky.
but i do drink more milk then i've heard some people insist would be good for anyone my age, though i like the taste of 2% better.

sorry i'm not more seduced by self destructiveness. i try not to be too critical, really i do, but i'm just, completely don't understand the attraction.

There's a place in town called the Fat Shack that SPECIALIZES in unhealthy foods. They have a sandwich with cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, jalapenos and chicken fingers with sauce. Don't forget to pick up some deep fried, battered twinkies and oreos covered in powdered sugar for dessert.

Yum is right! I'm going to be dreaming about spaghetti tonight. I had a lousy yucky frozen meal. It was one of those days. I can't even recall what it was. Some mockery of meat.

On the way home I stopped at spuds and had poutine. Not the greatest meal but it sure tasted great. :)

I know, what about making a Bread & Butter Pudding using junk ingredients? First start with soy & linseed bread, smeared with soy margarine, and then low calorie marmalade. For the custard soy milk, high fructose corn syrup and all natural egg replacer? Dunno what is natural about it as it is not made with food.

Sara-lee.png These! They're addictive and just as good (if not better) as the Hostess Cupcakes I had as a kid.

Cheap too (paying $2.50 a box of 8 - it just went up from $1.99)

That's like our Vachon cakes. Especially our oh so popular May West delicacy.

living with others invariably involves compromises with one's own health.
as for those by choice, i'm rather fond of raw meat.
trouble is, it doesn't keep very well without refrigeration.
so i end up eating more sweat crap then is either good for me, or that i would care for, simply because it is very nearly the only thing that does.
dill pickles and pickled olives, peperencini, and mixed pickled vegetibles are all things i rather love the taste of,
which do to my age and aging heart, are not at all good for me, the sodium levels, either.
so i do at least eat them sparingly, as in i don't always have them in the house at all.
most baked good aren't particularly good for me either, nor am i all that fond of them,
but again, they are something that keeps fairly well, so i end up eating more then i know would be good for me of them as well.
fortunately, instant noodle cups keep well, and some canned meats, but they're not nearly the variety of foods i need and want.
problem is, i keep seperate hours then most humans, so i avoid using the kitchen with others in the house are trying to sleep,
and again i also often avoid doing so, when they're in the adjoining living area, watching and listening to what they seem to enjoy on tv.
i think that's the one thing i most miss, because of not living by myself, is it not being easier to eat healthier.

mc dog burgers IS a "joke". corporate retailing is half the reason we no longer have a real middle class.
