So, Mr. Putin is seriously engaged in justification for his actions in Ukraine at the UNGA session in September - October of this year. According to the behind-the-scenes sources closed to Russian President his speech will be focused on justification of pro-Russian rebels in Donbas, who should have the right to their self-determination according to UN provisions (like Crimean people). Also he wants to burden Ukraine authorities with negotiations with DPR and LPR. Putin forgot however or simply neglected International Law and UN Principles for nation’s (not national minority) self-determination right. It’s also known that Putin’s “melody” will be abounded with “music” about Russian peaceful policy, its aspiration to “orchestrate” fruitful cooperation with Ukraine and progressive world and his readiness to be a “bandmaster” in the fight against ISIS. With this purpose Putin’s flunkeys are actively engaged in his image bleaching in the UN-states especially in the US, the UK, France and Germany insisting on the groundlessness of International Tribunal creation in order to investigate Russia crimes in Ukraine and dunging ground to hold bilateral meetings with Western leaders. Evidently, Mr. Putin has utterly cleaned of his mind the world community tries to stick with the conception of civilized society development, but not the “Russian sovereign democracy” and imposing “Russian world” idea that comprise medieval laws, KGB regulations and racist’s values. Civilized countries don’t wage “hybrid wars”, don’t use armed forces without any identification, don’t shield themselves by civil people, don’t make any subversive activities, and don’t spread aggressive propaganda and cyber attacks. Having destroyed main principles of peaceful international cooperation of XXI century and using the deceitful democracy tools Mr. Putin can’t or simply refuses to understand the reasons of Western reluctance to deal with “Great Russia”, which is on the verge of social and economic bankruptcy. Trying to look like such a “macho” before the UN meeting Mr. Putin has decided to play with “steel muscles” advancing exercises of Air Space Forces as well as deploying his “invisible” forces in Syria. According to recent information from UN headquarters the Western leaders will give him no chances for bilateral talks. Exception is only Normandy format. The reason is “hidden” Russian aggression against Ukraine. Having occupied Crimea and unleashing war in Donbas Mr. Putin covered skilfully the domestic problems and gained unprecedented electorate support on the forthcoming presidential elections. But it’s only inside. And what is behind the “curtain”? Unavailing efforts of Mr. Putin to thrust his opinion upon Western countries like upon the CIS countries doomed to fail. Russia is striding to the verge of disaster following this way against common sense. Oil prices are slumping. The budget bill of “Great Russia” is being drafted only on 2016 (this used to be on three years) and considered two options:$ 50 and $ 40 per oil barrel. Huge amount of money is spending on defense. People are encountering social and economic hardship, ironically buying cheaper goods in Ukraine. Businesses are incurring losses. Eurasian Economic Union doesn’t run well. China isn’t accelerating its direct economic cooperation with Russia.“Novorossia” project ends in a complete fiasco. The flow of killed Russian military men is constantly growing. So, this list has no end. Are you still not exhausted, Mr. Putin?
