Ah, Coogee...where a tiger shark helped solve a murder case. No joke. Look it up. Also, turkey, mayo, bacon, tomato, avocado, and sprouts on toasted whole wheat. Or cappacolla, salami, and provalone, with shredded lettuce, mayo, Italian dressing, pepper and tomato. Depends on my mood.
Fried bologna (I like mine fried till it's black!) on toast with sharp cheddar, garden tomato (not store bought), lettuce and spicy brown mustard.
this is one of those, too many to pick just one. i more often have noodles then bread, but i do eat sammiches sometimes too. something like a roast beast or a rubin, with no cheese but lots of produce, maybe even with a second kind of meat also, or a high protien non-meat like avacado, and/or shrooms. for veg: avacado, mushroom (cooked), always raw spinich instead of lettice, olives, cukes, dills, maybe a few thin jalapino slices, honey mustard, on toasted anadama bread or dark rye.
