The Truth of "The War on Terror".

Well, if we tried to help everyone out we'd go broke. Ideally the UN would take care of all this, but they're worthless. So I think it's only fair that those who support our ideals or have something we can use are at the top of the list.

The real solution however, is to get the UN (or another international organization) to work with all the "priviledged" first world nations and put together one massive uber-aid package that's much bigger than one that the US could send out on it's own, and do that on a regular basis. Unfortunately, that would most likely turn out to be another "food for oil" program that gets corrupted by greedy bastards and does no real good for those who need it.
