I'm not wanting to change people values, ethics or anything. I just want them to live and let live. It will come eventually, I know.

I have considered the words of our fried friend Fractual, and I conclude:
Others might want to start doubting themselves.
Good job, Fractual… you lack irrational hostility, an admirable trait. And you quite literally made others look stupid. Impressive.

I hope we can all agree that the truth will set us free…
All you know, all the info (excluding personal) you receive is bias: school, Internet, books… these are someone else’s ideas, not yours. Some of it may be right, some of it may be wrong, but none of it is yours, it’s all prejudice regurgitation, another brick in the wall, if you will. Puke all you want, your days shall be spent under fluorescent lights.
Most people sell themselves short as a human. Humans should evolve.
Most are not. Most are puking up that which makes them feel good. In the end, they have done nothing but waste the earth’s resources.
Going out and screaming at your government will only do so much (very little), and will contribute very little to personal enlightenment.
“stop amerika from taking away all our freedoms and Amerika's goal to rule the world”
EH?! You plan on doing that? No, probably not. YOU can’t do anything. WE can...
The government is irrelevant. We have freedom, elusive, but it’s there, and WE have found it. We are a part of the most evolved civilization ever. Complaining about it is moot, complaining in general is counterproductive, and a lot of you complain WAY too much… pessimism being a by-product of complaint; it’s rather sick to hear so much of it, as if it’s cool to be negative; pessimism (as well as optimism) solves nothing.
Finding answers to world’s problems is moot: as I’ve said, YOU are useless. WE, with free and open minds, may not solve the world’s problems, but we certainly aren’t complaining about it…
Here’s your action: this freedom we have, use it… it’s right outside your door, right inside you, all the answers, our truth (results may vary)… that is your personal rebellious revolution of the soul. Our good Viking friend Tor, in another thread, is on the right track: “thinking about art, music, poetry, activism, making the world a better place, world peace, or cooking up a mean frito pie”
Something true is something new… it has to be, there’s no competition.
Create something new, by golly I think you’re on to something. You little hipsters spitting out past revolutionaries… mary is right, that’s all for show (I’ll assume your intentions are to inspire, however)… but try emulating their creativity rather than imitating their personality. These people are famous because they brought new light into the world.
This is where it’s at… creative. Simple. Or is it….
Here’s the hard part. Try to be creative in the real world. Teenagers under their parent’s roof, crying of boredom, complaining about the world… well, you’re hopeless… I pay you no heed.
    Spreading the fucking love… inspiration…. that’s a little better.
But, how’s this going to pay the rent when you move out? That’s what’s tricky. Many of you appear to be heading for prosperous careers. Bravo. You will never be remembered. People like Fractual… showing possibility.

Fractual’s happy box of wisdom: “before you change the world, you gosta change yerself man... it is an internal thing, its all up here. once you become aware of your surroundings on a more personal intimate level(where you live what you do who you know etc etc)... then you can become aware on the bigger scheme of things(whats going on in the world etc etc) rebellion is all internal, what you have been taught, what has been imprinted upon you since the time you could talk, the way you’ve been taught to think, things that have become authority figures inside your own mind, making up rules for how you’re supposed to think. why should we rebel against those things? because they are not really ours, they have been force fed(oOo good analogy) to us pretty much our whole lives. the rebellion i am talking about is Far far farrr from a phase. it is a constant, on going, growing and learning process. it is about becoming your real selfman, and aware, of what has really been going on, and more importantly, what IS going on, and just finding out yer OWN truths. it is something that will affect the person i am entirely in years to come...
common sense is a good thing, its a great thing, really. but when we grow up, we are taught to be logical, cynical, annoyed, and to be dissatisfied with ouyr current situation, and we are taught to act a certain way(from the moment i could talk, i was ordered to listen). why do you think that is? when were kids, we lived in bliss. why do you think it is we can't do that anymore? the answer is, we can!!! its all in yer head man... you can live life anyway you want to man..." believe nothing unless it holds true to your own common sense and reason" -buddha THAT is rebellion...
oh and i definatley do not see myself in a cubicle, lol... where i see myself, i have no idea as of yet... i will be living the way i want to though, i know that much.”

To tell you the truth, my hair isn't that short anymore. I haven't had a hair cut in a few months.
