i do love turning over the old ground though
not for nostelgia
just gratifyingly perverse

lots of things not otherwise possible do get expressed in words though
what's really totaly off the wall wierd is people insisting on them
to the point of brutal bodily damage and even mass big holes
in the ground full of unhappy dead people.

well we don't need more of that but we could use with a whole
bunch more of delightful straingeness
which is what the universe really is
that our words alone make so drab and dreary

green is the land in all its folds and convolution
even hiddin behind a veil of terra cotta dust
withered stalks of last spring's bunchgrass

sleeping dreaming in the landscape's heart of every rock and fissure

invissible waves in an ocean of air formless spirits ride

among them looking down and off in the distance to all sides
as the arch of global surface rolls beneath in constant residual
frictionless spin

the most perfect bearing surface: near absolute vacume.

forming
unforming
relaxing to sphericity
then reaching out again
a tendral here and there
bright convoluted colorful
shaping a univers

never diverse enough can one mind alone make

but cycles of renewal folding in upon themselves multiply
complexity with innocent mindless tenacity

godlike we can revel in their fascination

relieved of the daunting impossibility of fassioning each
infinite neuance with the craft of our own nontangable hand
