haha i'm the complete opposite

 

Yeah being a good student paid off, I got into the Atmospheric Science program at a college near me and it was one of the top rated programs in the nation. Too bad I dont use it in my current career. I had a moment of clarity one time where I realized I just want to keep weather as a passion so it remains something I love, as opposed to making it my job and something I have to do.

Ive got a m-f desk job for the state, keeps my weekends free to have fun.

its beyond depressed. it feels like this has been building up my whole life and it all just hit me at once.. i think way too much and i cant enjoy anything because im busy thinking about things i regret, and what i'm gonna do, and how fucked up my relationship is, and i'm realizing that my friends aren't real friends because i wont know them in 10 years.. i keep thinking about what im gonna do with my life, how my family is fucked up and there is so much shit in my head that i cant even pick out one thing and think about solving it.. i wasted all my potential in sports, academics, everything..

i realized something this morning.

I become intrested in different bands very often, and I have periods where I'll only listen to one band (Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, Sublime ect.) but no matter what I always listen to The Beatles. If I'm having a bad day or something is bothering me I can listen to The Beatles and be happy again. Listening to them gives me this sense of being home and that everything is going to be alright.

definatly my favorite band.

 

Thats like how I am with MMW, no matter what I can always be in the mood to listen a little Mededski Martin & Wood.


And on that note its time for me to find my way to work.
