You sound like my buddy who goes to TUFTS he was loaded with AP courses in high school, now hes a double major, a member of the sailing team, parties like an animal and pulls a 3.6 somehow.

I just want to somehow get a nice enough job to get myself a nice place to live and grow my own stash. A house and weed is sufficient indeed, as long as it has internet access

during college times its tough to find something relatively cheap.. because any houses within decent campus range are always set to per room.. so like $400/ea and you split utils.. so unless you're willing to bike or drive a lil further.. dont expect to get anything around a campus for cheap.. look for apartments that are like $700/mo 3bed.. otherwise campus landlords will rape you

Yeah I don't expect college times to be easy financially. Hopefully though college pays off in easing some financial problems later.

 

post education employment is all about marketing.. if you sell yourself right.. you can get any job you want at whatever you feel you should be making..

oh also.. it's all about who you know... either build connections while you're goin to school or move back home after school and get jobs through who you know now

Yeah I was thinking about moving back home after school. Rockford would not be a bad place to settle as the climate isn't too bad, no serious natural disasters (last tornado was over 30 years ago), and the housing is cheap. Too bad I won't be able to get a mortgage for my cheap house

 

I know that I'm not going to be able to raise a family in Boston, it's toooo fucking expensive. But whatever, I'll probably end up in VT, and that's even better
