i can only step to the north in one of the other dimensions... i think it may be a sign.... heres another:

I see London roads all the time on a tv show where they show police chases and such....some of the intersections are so weird that I could actually believe thats a real sign

 

i think that sign is in Canada... not sure exactly where... and it IS real
