It sounds fantastic and all but it really places me in an awkward position to be around more people than Id like to be. As well its 50miles away.
I know they love my hyper passionate airplane >>> HELICOPTER haha sales presentations but Ive not the mindset to be handling calls, emails, scheduling snot noses, flyboys and flygals.

But I feel like I'm letting them down by not. Im sure they understand.

Id like to just have a trailer to live in with the dog and not be far away from there. Ive a friend with a nice living in trailer 8K she wants tho. but its decently new, 05 irrc.
there is a farm house in wexford, its run down but not any more than Ive to my own green acres. also not more than what we shell for apartment. gf tho.. not wrapped to tight. dont think she can handle living away from her family. to dependent.
