I made perfect peanut butter cookies off of The Joy of baking YouTube channel I am sold on this lady these cookies turned out the best I have ever made and I have made 100 batches of pb cookies including those terrible three-ingredient ones which I detest

 

Use extra peanut butter is my advice. I used to make them at a cafe. I would always eat spoonfuls of the dough.
