I started a Thread for Top 10's in the Games Section, I forgot that forum doesn't get bumped to New Posts. But it's not really meant to be limited to games, just a random list thread, I didn't want to post in Random Thoughts. Share any Top 10 topics there.

Wilson Rawls, Where the Red Fern Grows was required reading when I was in elementary school, along with Silent Spring, My Antonia,
and The Country of the Pointed Firs.

Where the Red Fern Grows was a tearjerker for sure

The Giver was fantastic! But I'm not sure this is the best time for him to be reading dystopian novels : p

Same and I turned out to be a textbook underachiever haha

Haha fair enough. I remember liking the Redwall series as a kid but all I remember is that there were mice, I think?

I read about them when they crossed over into the vampire chronicles but I remember when I finished the series the witches annoyed me a but so I didn't really want to read them. The last vampire book is so stupid it ruined everything for me.

I probably missed that one (which sounds like a good thing :p). I did read most of those series (mayfair and vampire chronicles).

    Really? :p I wouldn't have thought that.

Yeah the last book was stupid it was vampires, witches and giants on some island or something. I don't know.

Apparently Anne Rice was atheist when she started then turned religious and writing suffered because of it.
