As the younger woman in my situation, I hate that it's always assumed it must be about money for her or midlife crisis for him. Maybe it's just love. Of course often it's not.. It's money and midlife crises. But let's not assume.

 

Ahahah: does it have more bass? When did it got remastered (if you have any clue)? It was always like we acknowledge the production but this is it.

Anyway, haven't listened to Metallica in ages but a line of them is popping up in my head every now and then lately: Death in the air, strapped in the electric chair!

I took a google and it appears it was remastered in 2018.

I am getting AAs or something... one in Psych., one in Soc. They are degrees designed for transferring to other universities, which I cannot afford and have no intention of doing. The one I'm at has a fantastic sociology department, didn't like intro to psych. or psych. of human sexuality though, but those two are eons old... I'm sure it's much better today. I'm happy at my little school, and don't think I ever want to transfer out; though I have before. I went to UC Riverside, & Humboldt State University, as well as Cal State Channel Islands. I wasn't ready, but if I have to be totally honest, Riverside was probably the best fit; though Channel Islands is much more affordable and closer to home.

Anyway... Enjoy that!

 

I have only listened to the one song you posted a few weeks ago. I liked The Strokes a lot when they first came out and I like the song you posted but I saw them live and they were a bit lackluster, not awful or anything, just seemed like they were going through the motions. I haven't kept up on them for over a decade.

 

Edit: When I said a few weeks ago, I didn't necessarily mean that literally. It might've been a few days ago or over a month ago, my perception of time is all out of whack at the moment.
