Also have ear plug in my left ear when I'm driving if the window is open.. prevent ear infections from wind..

I ad oil in my ears everyday..

I've been protecting my ears since I was next to artillery.

Yeah I'm like that all the time, but, I also use it to just vent to myself. I like to write what I'm feeling and why it helps me figure things out as I'm typing away. If someone weighs in, that's cool too.
