I'm having a bath now. Nice sweaty hot bath.

In other news, I've gone back using products in my hair a few times a week. I just all of a sudden loved how soft and smooth it was after.

 

Welllll aaaaaactually what happened was I realised my wigs were feeling better than my own hair.

But also that after my first wash I think for months the next day my hair was all oily so I looked it up and it said cause my hair isn't used to being stripped away with shampoo that it goes into shock and generates more oils into your hair.

Well I think that's stupid. I should be able to control my body and what it does, it's unfair it just does its own things.

Anyway, so I've washed it a couple of times a week now for a couple of weeks. Except for whatever reason I didn't like my last wash.

Now it might have been because I forgot to condition straight after shampoo, I remembered an hour later lol and then conditioned. So maybe that was something. I don't know.

Anyway im going to wash my hair again after this bath cause I can really feel sweat teeming outta my head here. Good stuff. Love it. Love the feel. Feels like... Cleanliness. And then I'll wash it with shampoo and conditioner.

Mind you i have a love/hate relationship so I might just stop using products again soon who knows.

I get "them feelz" from time to time.
This is one of those things where when it happens to us, we feel it's only ever us..
But it isn't.
We just don't notice when it's happening to someone else.

If it isn't apparent enough, everyone (who matters) adores you, Irm, and the times I don't agree with your opinions barely register. I definitely never ignore you for days over anything. Pretty sure I'm speaking for everyone. (Who matters.)

 

Gonna be a tough race at Bristol today. 200 laps on a track in which only one lane is working the top side so it's gonna be almost impossible to pass and you're gonna have a lot of frustrated people trying to move people out of the way.

I am expecting a lot of crashes and a slow race.
