Thinking about listening to this 17 goddamn minute new Bob Dylan song. It sort of feels like a major committment though

 

haha. yeah Id to split that up .. not a huge dylan fan .. seen him a few times, mostly with Grateful Dead and Phil Lesh.

 

He's no Donovan, that's for sure!

 

I like his music, but the way he's acted sometimes...he strikes me as a pompous, stuck up asshole.

But you spend most of your life getting called all sorts of wonderful compliments ya run the risk of becoming a pompous, stuck up asshole.

 

Dylan's voice is like fingernails on a blackboard.... Sorry, but somebody had to say it.

With a voice like that he better learn how to fight.. lmao..

 

If I had been on the Nobel Committee I would have withdrawn my vote to give Dylan the prize for literature because of his repeated discourteous behaviour.

I turned the new song off about 5 minutes in. It's awful.
I read the lyrics instead and they're amazing. He should just stick to writing poetry at this point.

Also there used to be a really good live version of Dylan and Johnny Cash doing Girl From the North Country on the tube of you and now it's gone. I'm pissed!

He was really in love with his own youth.
He couldn't handle getting old.

I thought that thing was funny a few years ago when he was accused of copying his paintings from Google images. Haha. I love him though.
