I still dont know how I feel about this stuff and she's given me 3 readings. But I will say, she seems very in tune...I think fae is an empathetic person who picks up on things about other people and puts her energy into that when she does her readings. So it comes off less like someone using cards to predict something and more like a friend calling you out for things you havent noticed about yourself.
Great result today. 3rd place. Realistically a top 6 car all day but ran 4th a lot. Lot of guys around me in points had trouble too so that's good for me in the standings I might even get to 3rd but most likely stay 4th. Waiting patiently for my interview.
Unofficially I am 3rd in standings now, 15 points behind leader after 7/36 races. I just did my interview, I spoke really well.
FAA says owner of World War II bomber that crashed at Bradley, killing seven, did not take safety seriously and can no longer carry passengers
Yups, that's how the date supposed to look in normal country :-D No, the german shepherd IS the best dog in the world But yes.. Although im not only focussing on the subjective aspect, i mainly thoroughly disagree with the concept of perfection. No matter how 'big' we're looking at things. It's not that reality, creation or the universe is perfect or like more pure in form or something (hard to word it precisely without accidently distorting what driftie tried to convey) on a 'higher' plane. Perfection is a concept with a specific meaning and it has little merit in parts of the universe we can't take proper notice of. If we could we would likely not use the word perfection to describe it as objectively as possible.
But why call that perfection? Btw: merely asking out of sincere interest. Not trying to persuade you to come to a diff conclusion either
I wish everything would be as undeniably clear! :-D Although on the other hand, we also mainly know this because we experienced it directly
If the universe acts in precisely the way it should I think it would be reasonable to call that perfection. In other words when a thing acts according to it's nature and is fully actualized. I think this is probably what is debatable. Or what the term ”perfection” means.
Well the term perfection is rather clear. The true nature of the universe, or the precise way it should work (human assumption in there. It just works like it works. Should it work like this? Is everything going according to a plan or whatever why else its 'working like it should'?), seems arguable. Hence why i say I see no use for the fictional and always subjective human concept of perfection. That it's working is good (in most peoples experience ), does that mean the origin of our universe/existence is benevolent?
I think it's more that it isnt benevolent or malevolent. It just is. Light cannot exist without dark and vice versa, that sort of thing
I agree, so why put it as if its perfection or claiming its working like it should when its just working and we generally experience our existence in itas a good thing? See what i mean?
Yeah I get what you're saying, and I cant speak for drift but I think maybe she isnt attaching a positive connotation to the word perfection in this context
I didn't mean oh a higher plane, or any abstract context. I mean what we can see and understand. And everything else. Because of the aspect of this where I believe we're fragments of God experiencing itself and returning to knowledge of what we are. When we say the world is imperfect we mean because of war, famine, sadness, heartache, death.. All I'm saying is that all those things are part of a process that works perfectly to achieve the result of universal enlightenment.
BUT maybe that's just a story I like the sound of and not what happens at all : ) however, living as if I believe it has transformed my life in positive ways.
I'm going to take this time to recommend my new favorite book, The Master and Margarita, to everyone because it explores this theme a bit That is all
@Driftrue Thanks for explaining So you see the attempt/process of the universe to experience (and through that know) itself as working towards perfection. Or that the attempt/process on itself is perfect(ion). I still wonder and would still ask: why so. Isn't the need for the universe to do so already a sign of imperfection? Not saying this is a more worthy way to perceive it I agree the most with you about that things just are. It's worthy to perceive imperfection in practical ways, but not so much in the way the universe works or should work.
