takes hours to get inside and can imagine a bigger venue maybe even longer.. make sure you go to the website to know what you can and can not bring.. no pens but joints are ok. haha.

 

Does anyone have a recommendation for a solid laptop for mostly "recreational" use, and occasional work related use? I want something small-ish (under 14"), fast, longer battery life, and that isn't going to break the bank. I don't have many other crazy needs.

 

Have you considered a chromebook? They are generally lightweight and have great battery life. No windows 10, but chrome OS is decent.

Edit: also, they are relatively cheap.

 

I had a digital ticket for the Marcellus shale event. But somehow they weren't prepared for digital tickets.. like what the hell did you send me one for.

Our horse races again later this morning. Coming off a spell she's had 2nd, 2nd, 1st so we're hoping for a good showing. She is absolutely clear favourite to win this race too which makes me very conservative about placing any bets.

We're out of the peasants catagory now so this one is worth almost twice as much prize money and will show us what she's capable of against other winners.

the owners are mostly Italian so they are a tad bit religious. And you have to have some faith in getting into an old clunker aircraft made in 1977..

 

hp chromebook I run only cost 229$ , I do need to get a new laptop but Ive one just like this one brand new in box.. however I need some more processor speed for working on videos and photoshops which I really cant do on this one. Alienware can kiss my ass for 1200$ . fuck that.

 

Yeah, chromebooks aren't great for that. Mostly web surfing and word processing.
