good eye ….I live rural with huge farm fields on all 4 sides....dog is busy outside patrolling...we have lots of coyotes and deer here....fox and skunk too but they know better to come close because he can catch them...he wont chase a coyote far but he will disappear chasing the deer

 

I have a nasty email from another team leader blasting away at one of my workers. It's annoyed me. I hate it when people just can't look after their own shit. You look after your team I'll look after mine. That's all there is to it really. And it's something so petty as in how someone moved a pallet without gloves. I supply gloves, if they wear em they wear em there no rule or law saying you have to wear gloves and like nothing happened anyway. No injury. No incident report, just some fluffy email I have to read.

I'm just gonna flat out ignore it.

Or maybe I should be catty and be like "not a problem thanks for the info BTW we cleaned the beer lines you forgot to yesterday"

That's cool. I co own a catering business with my partner. We've had a whopping 4 clients in 6 months and we both go to school and work outside of the business. So it's not like we're Rachel Ray or anything. I think she started out in catering. IDK
