I think some folks were just trying their hand at the 'stream of conciousness' writing style, which certainly takes some practice to turn something out that's worth reading or hearing. Of course, the process itself can even be therapeutic, regarless of the quality of the end product. It would've been really cool if both sides of the 'You're too deep!' vs 'Open your mind!' debate had done their arguing in the stream of conciousness writing style. Myself, I think I fall somewhere in the middle of the debate, and now I've regressed to my old habit of thinking before I type. Can we start over? was any of that poetic talk taken from Timothy Leary's Psychedelic Prayers? Cos it sounds pretty similar.

 

I give up, giving in; nobody's spilling guts like they should've been, typing out your thoughs without thinking them first and dropping knowledge like Gallileo sucked his mum. Let it go, let it flow, but please jesus, don't tell me what you know. tell me what you don't know, Yell at me what you feel, fucking break a glass on my head, my head's right here. i could not hear what they could only be sure to say, i heard nothing but white noise and static along the lines of those who run parallel with my own path of existence. again and again the disruptive tones and pitches being cast all over could only be or exist into a universe where we all see eye to eye

 

Some people take it too seriously, but you dont like to look into it too much?
The reality is that we are all different, and all react differently. Maybe what you are not looking into is something that you havent experienced?
