Years after the release of the motion picture The Mission, I still tear up when I hear the soundtrack as it takes me right back to scenes in the film. Some of the most beautiful music that I have heard. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5qlWLXbfL4"]The Mission Soundtrack Suite (Ennio Morricone) - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-fiu5umVnI"]Iguazu Falls The Mission Soundtrack - YouTube
Ennio Morricone = brilliant If you want to hear some more beautiful music he made, check out the score to Once Upon a Time in the West, particularly the theme song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2s0-wbXC3pQ"]Ennio Morricone - Once upon a time in the West - YouTube
I have followed him since the movie. I really consider him to be a talent that is without equal. The Mission was released in 1986 and to play the soundtrack has enough impact to take me right back to seeing the film for the first time and evoke the emotions from the film. Love his work.

This was actually a poem written by Tupac that was adapted for song and performed acoustically by Dan Rockett: The poem: ~I Cry~ Sometimes when I'm alone I Cry, Because I am on my own. The tears I cry are bitter and warm. They flow with life but take no form I Cry because my heart is torn. I find it difficult to carry on. If I had an ear to confide in, I would cry among my treasured friend, but who do you know that stops that long, to help another carry on. The world moves fast and it would rather pass by. Than to stop and see what makes one cry, so painful and sad. And sometimes… I Cry and no one cares about why. -Tupac Shakur https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYJcDYMQLVs"]The Forgotten America- Sometimes I Cry - YouTube
